Where We Come From

We’re two former 2/75 Rangers with over 15 years of combined experience in the Ranger Regiment. Team Two Co. was built on the grit, discipline, and brotherhood that shaped us during our time in service—and on experiences that helped define who we are today.

The Name “Team Two”

Years ago, we competed in a regimental 2-gun competition. The original intent was iron sights only—no optics, no high-end rifles—just the basics and pure fundamentals. We must have missed the memo because teams started showing up with advanced gear, but we chose to keep it simple and stay true to how the competition was meant to be run.

By the end of the event, people were asking,

“Who the hell is Team Two?”

We hadn’t expected to stand out, but that experience reminded us of a core truth: success comes from preparation, fundamentals, and teamwork—not from fancy equipment. Although better equipment can absolutely enhance performance, that mindset of mastering the hard skills became the foundation for everything we do today.

Why We Started Team Two Co.

Through our years in Ranger Battalion, we learned countless lessons—the hard way. We’ve seen firsthand how difficult it can be to grow and succeed without solid mentorship or the right guidance. Too many young soldiers, men, and women are left to figure it all out on their own.

At Team Two Co., our mission is simple:

To help others the way we wish we would’ve been helped.

We aim to share hard-earned knowledge so others don’t have to make the same mistakes we did. Whether it’s marksmanship training, fitness plans, or real-world advice, our goal is to prepare the next generation to be stronger, smarter, and ready for whatever lies ahead.

Giving Back to the Community

Our mission extends beyond training. Many in our community struggle with the lasting effects of traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and substance abuse, often tied to those injuries. These challenges hit close to home for us.

We are working to partner with Americans for Ibogaine, an organization dedicated to spreading awareness about a groundbreaking treatment that has proven life-changing for people battling TBI-related substance abuse. By supporting this cause, we hope to be a part of real, lasting change for those who’ve given so much.
