8 Week Strength Program

The 8-Week Strength, Power & Work Capacity Program is a structured, five-day-per-week training system designed to build real, usable strength while improving athletic output and overall work capacity.

This program combines bodyweight-based loading, progressive overload, and high-output conditioning to ensure consistent performance gains across the full eight weeks. All primary compound lifts are built on a progressive overload model—either through increases in load, volume, density, or execution standards—so strength development is intentional, measurable, and sustainable.
